TYP South Mumbai Organises Grand “Yoga Se Hoga 3.0” Event on International Yoga Day

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Terapanth Yuvak Parishad (TYP) South Mumbai, under ABTYP’s “Fit Yuva Hit Yuva” initiative, organised the grand “Yoga Se Hoga 3.0” event at Marine Drive (opposite Pizza By The Bay) from 6 AM to 8 AM.
The event, organised in collaboration with Shaina NC and The Times of India, witnessed participation of over 1000 people who performed yoga and spread the message of health and wellness.

Renowned yoga expert Dr. Mickey Mehta guided participants through yoga practices. The event was graced by the presence of Hon. Union Minister Anupriya Patel, Minister Jayant Chaudhary, former Union Minister Anurag Thakur, and several other dignitaries.
The programme received support from various organisations including Heartfulness Institute, The Yoga Institute, Indian Coast Guard, MKES, Ram Universal School, Giants Welfare Foundation, DRR, Mickey Mehta’s Go-Green and The Times of India.
The successful event promoted yoga, fitness, discipline and a positive lifestyle among people of all age groups.
