Why do the Boston Celtics have such a bad habit of losing Game 2s in the NBA playoffs?

· Yahoo Sports

Why do the Boston Celtics have such a bad habit of losing Game 2s in the NBA playoffs? Since they have won the 2024 NBA Championship alone, they have lost more times (4) than they have won (3) in the second contest of a postseason series. And this despite going 20-5 in the postseason in all other playoff games played by the Celtics!

Most recently, this pattern has been repeated against the Philadelphia 76ers, a solid if not exactly contention-level ball club Boston always seems to be up against in the first round of the NBA's Eastern Conference Playoffs. And while there seems to be little chance of the Sixers actually beating their Atlantic Division foe another three times in this series, the end result is maddening just the same.

The folks behind the "NBA on ESPN" YouTube channel put together a clip on the subject from their "Hoop Collective" podcast hosted by senior league reporter Brian Windhorst with cohosts Tim McMahon and Tim Bontemps. Check it out below!

The first round of the 2026 NFL Draft has come and gone. The Seattle Seahawks, to some surprise, stuck at 32 and picked running back Jadarian Price. Many entering the draft believed John Schneider could look to trade the 32nd pick to gain more draft capital. Instead Seattle adds another running back. Price, out of Notre Dame, was the number two running back behind Jeremiyah Love, who was also drafted third overall to the Arizona Cardinals.

Price joins a running back room currently led by George Holani and Emanuel Wilson. Zach Charbonnet is still in the picture as well with an anticipated return later int he 2026 season after suffering a torn ACL this past January.

Seahawks fans, how do you grade this move by Schneider and the Seattle Seahawks? Vote below!
