It is believed that the Red Devils are showing interest in recruiting the Spanish defender and have held discussions with his agent, Jorge Mendes, over a potential move in this transfer window.

Balde enjoyed a decent run of form at Barcelona in the previous campaign when he produced a few impressive displays for them on the left flank. The 22-year-old picked up three assists in 42 matches for the Catalan club last season across all fronts.

Will Balde Be A Good Option For Manchester United Boss Michael Carrick?
Balde is a good tackler of the ball and can read the danger well to secure possession back for his team inside his half. He usually puts his foot through the ball when required and is an accurate distributor as well.
The Spaniard can even create some decent chances for his teammates to find the back of the net. Balde is primarily a left-back but can also serve as a left-winger if told to do so.
